Black velvet crowned side-tilted picture hat with orange, red, yellow and burgundy tiny velvet forget me nots and fluted open weave raffia straw brim. (The one loop, on the left side near the center back shows the hat is meant to be worn tilted. There is no corresponding loop on the other side. The hat actually balances very well on that one loop but needs elastic to hold it more securely.)
