Early 20th century garden hat, made entirely of real horsehair, plaited into narrow braids and sewn in a circular design using the same techniques used to sew straw braid into a hat. It has a wire frame. Some kind of decorative braid, twisted into a looped pattern is sewn over all of the seams.
